Job description


  • Reporting to the Head of Customer Base Management will be tasked to support & execute the marketing campaigns’ calendar through all channels (e.g. SMS, email, Calls) in a way that maximizes the campaigns’ ROI
  • Monitor local / global Campaign & Base management trends aiming to provide recommendations and enhance company’s CRM / campaign capabilities
  • En-orchestrate the planning & execution of the monthly campaign calendar by working closely with all product /  campaign owners
  • Work closely with Customer Insights & Customer analytics team to understand BET patterns / behaviors, define micro-segments in order to enable micro-segmented campaigns & differentiate the experience
  • Lead the analysis of campaign performance & provide guidance / recommendations to the campaign owners aiming to maximize the campaign’s ROI (i.e. target cells, timing of coms, reminders) & balance customer’s fatigue
  • Work closely with the rest stakeholders (i.e. Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Digital) in a way that guarantees the online and on budget launch of all targeted BTL initiatives
  • Monitor local and global market trends on campaign management initiatives & provide recommendations around possible ways that will further increase campaign’s ROI
  • Contribute to the development and execution of company’s CRM plan that will maximize the business benefits and deliver an unmatched customer experience
  • Develop strategies to increase awareness of campaign to audience and ensure achievement of all business goals.


Desired Skills and Experience


  • University Degree in Marketing, Management, Statistic or other equivalent title. A Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant area will be considered as an asset
  • +4 years of experience in CRM area combined with Multi-Channel Campaign Management experience
  • Excellent time management & stakeholder management skills
  • Team player with good presentation and communication skills in Greek & English
  • Structured and analytical way of thinking
  • Excellent skills of the MS suite, particularly for Excel & Presentation
  • Experience on email marketing campaigns and knowledge of email related technologies (ie. HTML, CSS) will be preferable
  • Should have P&L responsibility in current or previous role
