"Our client is one of the fastest growing multi-channel software leaders in Europe. Their software supports a number of sales and marketing channels including eCommerce, mobile, call center, and print publications. Many known companies have decided for their software solutions.
In this position you will provide consulting to customers and partners during the implementation phase of their projects with the software. You are typically working with colleagues from various departments, such as business, product management, marketing and IT, as well as project managers and developers. The position requires regular travelling of 60 to 80%.
Your Responsibilities
Provide in depth knowledge of their platform and products
- Support successful project implementation phase on business, conceptual, programming level
- Manage customer requirements
- Design and conduct workshops
- Initiate and execute reviews
- Occasionally run training
Your Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, comparable education or job experience
- Excellent knowledge in OO software architecture/design
- Sound programming experience in Java/JEE
- Experience in front end technologies, UML and framework technologies
- Previous experience within a development environment
- Previous customer facing experience, preferably working with business users
- Ideally experience in eCommerce and/or product information management (PIM) and/or automated database publishing
- Excellent capabilities in local language according to your preferable location
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Sound communication and presentation skills
- Open personality, teamspirit and a strong desire to learn
- Strong organizational and solution oriented working style
Your technical Skills
- Java 5 Enterprise Edition (J5EE). This includes:

At least one UI package implementing the Model View Controller (MVC) pattern
