DESCRIPTION
Moosend is a powerful email marketing platform with world class features and one of the simplest user interfaces in the market that doesn't break the bank. From listed companies to high tech startups, thousands of businesses use Moosend to design send and automate their email campaigns, manage and grow their mailing lists and collect statistics in real time.
The Role:
The Growth Marketing Manager will be heavily focused on driving revenue growth for Moosend. You will perform one of the most important roles in Moosend by driving our online strategy from paid campaigns to creative promotions. You should be both analytical and creative.
This means that you will be heavily involved in improving the experience for users interested in buying a Moosend Plan, as well as the experience after they become customers. You will use marketing and growth tactics to grow conversion rates and optimize the Moosend conversion funnel.
In this role, driving traffic and increasing the conversion rate are key to driving growth, engagement, and revenues.
Responsibilities:
You will be overseeing all of our online campaigns across all platforms
Generate traffic through effective nurturing campaigns that educate leads and fuel the sales pipeline
Leading the product onboarding and ecommerce vision while overseeing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies through multi-channel approaches.
Leading the charge when it comes to data, and analytics, ensuring proper metrics are in place to make decisions from a marketing perspective
Monitor and identify change in customer behavior, segmentation and market conditions and adjust strategies to drive growth.
-Take ownership of the customer journey and design campaigns from TOFU to MOFU to BOFU
REQUIREMENTS
3-4 years B2B and/or B2C experience in product marketing or demand generation
Strong Analytical Skills
Strong project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
Core understanding of subscription products and self-service sales preferred
Fluent in English
