Nelios, a multiple awarded digital agency & the leader in Digital Tourism Marketing in Greece, is looking for a passionate Social Media Community Manager with a proven track record in engaging and growing social communities on a full-time basis in the company's headquarters in Athens.
Responsibilities:
-Engage and manage communities daily through direct interaction
-Manage posting calendars to ensure we are posting to the correct channels at the desired frequency
-Posting to multiple social media sites.
-Be responsible for all social media set-ups
-Directly address community’s questions and concerns in a solution-oriented way
-Managing the social media profiles of the company’s clients
-Coordinate with Digital Marketing team on automated marketing and site messaging
-Plan & execute strategies, ideas and tactics executions for community engagement
-Produce web content and supervise social media efforts on behalf of clients. Identify and engage influencers in target communities
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in online communities
2+ years experience in quality content writing
2+ years’ experience in professional copywriting including concept development, writing, editing, and proofreading
Skills:
-Outstanding online and offline communication skills, including writing
-Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong researching skills Excellent proofreading skills
-Ability to work as a key part of a multi-functional team
-Experience in Photoshop and HTML is mandatory
-Strong organizational and planning skills
-Active and passionate about digital culture
-Customer focus with a keen attention to detail
-Strong creative ability
